Normafa is familiar to everyone. It’s where we come to move, to hike, to recharge – to spend time with our families and friends, or simply to be on our own for a while. On weekdays and weekends, in sunshine or snow, even in the rain, there’s always a reason to be here. Normafa lives in some of our most beautiful childhood memories – somewhere between hot tea in our hands and smiles dusted with poppy seeds.

Our story with Normafa Síház began in 2021, and since then, we’ve been continuously shaping and redefining it – not just as a place, but as a feeling. Today, it has become a vibrant meeting point: a place that feels good to arrive at, and hard to leave. A space where nature, gastronomy, and shared experiences come together.

Our kitchen is rooted in classic Hungarian flavors, always with a twist – seasonal, creative, and aligned with a contemporary palate. Under the direction of chef Dózsa Krisztián, our menu honors tradition while confidently opening toward modern, international influences: from Neapolitan pizza to Asian-inspired fusion dishes like our signature Síház pho and Far Eastern-style cacciatore pasta. At the same time, our iconic cottage cheese dumplings, beloved since opening, and our Wiener schnitzel – the essence of a true Sunday comfort meal – remain defining parts of the experience. Síház is more than just a restaurant: it’s a place for family programs, live music, and shared moments, where children and four-legged family members are just as warmly welcomed.
